  • A lash lift is like a perm for your natural lashes. It semi-permanently curls your lashes upward using a gentle chemical solution, giving them the appearance of extra length, volume, and lift without the need for extensions.

  • A lash lift typically lasts between 6 to 8 weeks, depending on your natural lash growth cycle. Because it works on your natural lashes, the lift will beautifully and gradually drop as your lashes naturally shed and new ones grow in.

  • Not at all when performed by a trained professional! We prioritise lash health, which is why all of our treatments include a nourishing REGEN conditioning treatment to deeply hydrate, strengthen, and protect the structural integrity of your natural lashes throughout the process.

  • Yes, but you must wait 24 hours after your treatment before applying any eye makeup, mascara, or getting your lashes wet. After that initial window, you can apply makeup as normal—though many clients find they don't even need mascara anymore!

    When you do choose to wear it, it is best to avoid waterproof mascara as it requires harsh rubbing to remove. Instead, a tubular mascara is best, as it wraps beautifully around the lifted lash and slides off effortlessly with just warm water.

  • The first 24 hours are crucial! Keep your lashes completely dry and avoid steam, hot showers, swimming, makeup, and heavy face creams during this time. We also recommend sleeping on your back the first night so your lashes don't get pressed out of shape while they set. After 24 hours, you can return to your normal routine.

  • Yes! We customize every single treatment by selecting the perfect shield size tailored to your natural lash length and eye shape. Even shorter lashes can achieve a beautiful, eye-opening lift.

  • Yes, a lash lift is generally safe during pregnancy as the solutions do not touch the skin of your eyelids. However, because pregnancy hormones can dramatically change your hair texture and growth cycle, your lashes might not lift as predictably or hold the curl as well as they usually do.

    We always recommend consulting with your doctor or healthcare provider first just to be safe. If you do book, please let us know so we can ensure you stay perfectly comfortable and propped up during the appointment!

  • Not at all. The treatment is completely non-invasive and painless. Your eyes will remain closed for the duration of the appointment (about 45–60 minutes), making it the perfect time to sit back, relax, and enjoy a little downtime.
